Ils ont ete rejoints fin 2022 par un Directeur general, professionnel du capital investissement, venu s'associer au developpement du groupe. ALLIAGE CARE a pour activite le management d'etablissements medico-sociaux et sanitaires -EHPAD, SSR, etc?-. 123 IM est une societe de gestion independante specialisee dans le capital-investissement.
