    Je regrette que M. Brion est été absent par deux fois pour les signatures de compromis de vente et de la vente chez le notaire. Heureusement que le notaire parle couramment l'anglais.

    Pour être plus précis , un bien vendu en 6 mois alors qu'il était en vente depuis 3 ans dans une agence dont on taira le nom , grâce à ma mise en valeur professionnelle (on ne fait pas des photos immobilières avec un téléphone) ,mon anglais courant, une adaptation à tous les problèmes rencontrés, et surtout la participation à la conciliation entre voisins. Mon absence chez le notaire restera un détail de l'histoire alors que tout le monde était prévenu. Ce fut un plaisir de présenter ce Manoir chargé d'histoire .
