La colocataire partagera avec les trois colocataires en place, deux grandes pièces de vie : salon, salle à manger avec une cuisine totalement équipée, meubles, télé, électroménager (dont lave-linge, lave-vaisselle, frigo, four, micro-ondes) et ustensiles de cuisine fournis.

Le linge de lit est également fourni ainsi que les couettes et oreillers
Pour parfaire le tout une femme de ménage intervient régulièrement pour l’entretien des espaces communs. Vous n'aurez qu'à poser vos valises.
Le loyer hors charges est de 605 € par chambre. Les charges forfaitaires de 90 € comprennent l'électricité, le gaz, le chauffage / l’eau chaude et froide / ordures ménagères / lave linge / lave vaisselle / internet / TV / femme de ménage. La colocation est également équipée d’une télévision.
Chaque bail est individuel et éligible aux APL pour chaque colocataire.
