Son president Karim Khenissi, a egalement fonde en 1993 l'ESMA, une ecole reconnue a l'international pour la qualite et la richesse de ses enseignements artistiques, proposant des formations en Design d'Espace, Design Graphique et Cinema d'Animation 3D, sur 7 campus : Montpellier, Toulouse, Lyon, Nantes, Bordeaux, Rennes et Montreal. Les residences sont majoritairement integrees aux campus d'enseignements creatifs qui assure ainsi un remplissage optimal. Plus de 3 000 logements etudiants sont exploites par le groupe, au sein de 23 residences etudiants. En 2021 le groupe rachete l'exploitant Privilodges et ses 9 residences urbaines -5 residences affaires sous toujours exploitees sous l'enseigne Privilodges-. Le groupe se base sur un actionnariat familial : Karim Khenissi -40%-, Isabelle Khenissi -40%-, Lucas Khenissi -10%- et Paul Khenissi -10%-.
