Il a souhaite conserver cette belle marque, convaincu de son potentiel, d'autant que plusieurs collaborateurs cles de son equipe historique, partageant la meme vision, et ont decide de l'accompagner. Richard Claverie a pu doter le Groupe Montana de fonds propres consequents, grace a la cession de ses parts du groupe Steva. En 2021 le groupe Montana s'est associe au groupe Eiffage Immobilier, pour le lancement de nouvelles residences services seniors sous la marque CAZAM. Les deux acteurs se partagent desormais a parts egales le capital de la societe de gestion de l'offre commerciale.
